This is a fact finding call to ask you about your needs and gather critical information from you so we can assess early on whether or not we’d be a good fit for you. After this call, you’ll be given a secure link to upload documents. The information we gather will be used to create a custom proposal of services for you. This call is typically 15 - 20 minutes.
Proposal Meeting
Our founder and principal dental CPA, Kevin Thurman, will meet with you via Zoom to discuss your custom proposal for services. During this call, we’ll refine your needs further and update your proposal in real-time to find the right package of services that fit within your budget. Our goal is to present you a final proposal by the end of this Zoom call.
Get Started
Once you accept our proposal for services, your assigned staff accountants will begin the onboarding process. We’ll schedule your quarterly meetings and review critical deadlines for the upcoming year.
Full-Service Clients pay a monthly fee for recurring services and an annual fee for certain (mostly compliance) services.
The monthly fee for all the services included in your FSC package starts at $800 and can be as high as $2,000 per dental office per month; it all depends on how many recurring services you want to include in your package of services and you get to make this decision.
Business income tax returns start at $2,000 per year and personal income tax returns start at $1,500.
During your Proposal Meeting, you’ll have an opportunity to build a custom package of services to meet your budget.
